Can We Send is built for HVAC shops. We store only what the board needs: your login, shop details, crew, card dates, and optional copies of credentials.

What we store

• Account name, email, and a hashed password
• Shop name, city, alert email, and optional mobile number
• Tech names, roles, optional mobiles
• Credential kind, number, issuer, expiration date
• Photos or PDFs of those cards if you attach them (licenses, 608 cards, driver’s licenses, insurance)
• Invite and password-reset tokens until they expire
• Billing identifiers if you subscribe through Stripe

Where it lives

The app runs on Cloudflare. Crew and dates sit in Cloudflare D1. Copies sit in Cloudflare R2. Mail is sent with Cloudflare Email Sending from alerts@canwesend.com. We do not sell this data. We do not use it for ads.

Why we need it

To run the board, send expiry alerts you asked for, process signup and invites, and take payment if you upgrade. Session cookies keep you signed in. Cloudflare may process bot checks on signup (Turnstile).

How long

Data stays until you delete a card, a tech, a location, or the account. Daily encrypted-at-rest snapshots in R2 are for restore. Confirming a new email replaces the old one.

Your choices

You can export a CSV from the board, remove copies, transfer a location, or delete the account. Email support@canwesend.com if you need help deleting data you cannot reach from settings.

Children

This product is for shops. It is not for children under 16.
