Can We Send is a shop board. You put names and expiration dates on file so dispatch can see who looks cleared for a job type. These terms are a contract between you and the operator of canwesend.com.

The product

The board stores crew names, roles, phone numbers, credential numbers, issuers, expiration dates, and optional photos or PDFs of licenses, EPA 608 cards, driver’s licenses, and insurance. It answers a dispatch question. It does not issue a license, inspect a truck, or certify that anyone is legally cleared to work.

Your shop’s job

You are responsible for the accuracy of dates and copies you store, for who you invite, and for how you use the board. Do not treat a green status as legal advice or as a substitute for checking the actual card.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself. Owners can invite dispatchers, transfer a location, or delete the board. Confirm the email on the account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or stores content we are not allowed to host.

Paid plans

Shop is $49/month. Company is $129/month. Billing runs through Stripe when it is live. Paid plans add expiry alerts. The free board still holds dates and copies. Fees are billed in USD. Cancel anytime from billing settings once Stripe is connected.

Acceptable use

Use the board for your shop’s own crew. Don’t scrape other shops, probe the service, or upload malware. Copies on file should be credentials you are allowed to keep for employment and dispatch.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed alerts, a wrong date, a lapsed card that still looks green, fines, callbacks, or anyone you send or don’t send. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
